The bones of the servers used in our Web hosting services consist of quad core processors, 4GB RAM and dual SCSI hard drives.
The Support Ticket System for our Web Hosting Service is industry-standard, but our Technical Support is not. When you submit a ticket to Technical Support, you can expect to have an answer in around 30 minutes, sometimes much less, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Your time is valuable and we believe this to be superior to telephone support where you work your way through an automated support system only to be put on hold for a prolonged period of time. Our Support Ticket System also provides written documentation of your situation for future reference should it be needed.
